Summer, as many of us know, can get hectic. Since June the LODE Community has been on a whirlwind of progress, planning and adjusting our course for what we believe will become our biggest boom of adoption yet. It’s exciting, yet for those in the LODE Community who are not one of the main service providers much of this has likely not been visible. In the spirit of transparency, moving forward we will be giving bi-monthly updates on the project’s wins and producing content to help our contributors understand how LODE works.

This week we wanted to address how the LODE project is currently governed. For clarity, LODE is a decentralized community, not a centralized organization. This means that there is no one central point of control and that each service provider handles a different part of LODE’s governance strategy. Basically, there’s no centralized entity,  ie Board of Directors, making the bulk of the decisions, but rather a series of experts within the community that handle the facet of business that they do best.

So, without further ado here’s a breakdown of all the service providers that make LODE awesome….

1) Interfix
INTERFIX defines itself as a humble servant to the community. it accepts the responsibility of diligently pursuing LODE’s objectives as it coordinates partnerships and business relations. Alongside the other service providers, Interfix works to accomplish the ethos or central creed of the community: To ensure that silver is restored as a functional monetary system created by the people for the people.

2) Atomic47
At the top of the list is the newest member of our service provider, Atomic47 Labs. Atomic47 is responsible for the technological developments within LODE, from the website to payments, token development, and issuance, Atomic47 is responsible for the development and managing additional technology partners that will make up the backbone on which the whole system stands.

3) Hitman Creative
We have these guys to thank for LODE’s amazing graphic design and slick feel, as well as being responsible for the community side of the project. This is just the tip of the iceberg though, as Hitman Creative is also the spearhead for the marketing of LODE and AGX. You may think things have been quiet over the past few months from these guys, but things are about to accelerate to breakneck speeds.

4) AGLIFE
AGLIFE assists to co-ordinates around the administration, finance, banking, legal and jurisdictional issues for the LODE Community. It’s a tough job, but AGLIFE are masters.

5) SWP
Strategic Wealth Preservation (SWP) is a fully-integrated precious metals dealer and vaulting facility located in the Cayman Islands. They specialize in the acquisition and secure storage of precious metals for individuals, companies, trusts and wealth management professionals on behalf of their clients. With vaults all over the world, they are our trusted partner for keeping LODE’s monetary mass secure.

6) WB Financial
WB sets up the legal entities and financial consultation necessary for carrying on business. They helped the LODE project to incorporate and set up a trust structure in the “business-smart” regulatory Caymans.

All of our chosen service providers are experienced veterans in their own right and it has been a privilege to have them unite to work with LODE. When decisions are determined it is done so through a collaboration of all significant parties, and so when the 20% service fees are taken for operations, the fee is distributed amongst the service providers accordingly to ensure that their teams have the resources they need to build “The Future of Money.”
